Extended Warranty

All our new stairlifts come with a 24-month guarantee, but if you’d like a little extra peace of mind we offer a wide range of options to extend your warranty. Don’t feel rushed to decide this can be arranged from the time of installation right up until your warranty is due to expire.

Servicing

Here at Lifestyle Stairlifts we believe all equipment with moving parts benefit from regular servicing, and our stairlifts are no different, we can provide this at a competitive price. We are here to help you keep your independence, so looking after the products that look after you is what’s important to us. We offer great customer service and only recommend replacing parts you actually need therefore we advise 12 monthly servicing.

Repairs and Breakdown

Has your stairlift broken down or not running like it usually does? Don’t worry we’re here to help. Our engineers travel the whole of the UK so whether you live in the city or a more rural location we will always be able to assist you. Even if you haven’t purchased your stairlift form us, we can still help. We do have a callout fee and prices do depend on location but your always welcome to ring and enquire for free.

Buy Back Scheme

Your Stairlift could be worth money if you no longer use it. We buy a number of stairlifts depending on the make, model and year. We even buy some stairlifts up to 5 years old. This could be a nice lump sum to spend on whatever you like, or money off your next stairlift.

Stairlift Removal and Recycle

If your stairlift doesn’t fit the criteria for our buy back scheme, we can still remove your stairlift. Whatever the reason for removal it’s very important to understand that removing large machinery without the knowledge and training to do so can be very dangerous.
